I never saw the movie Toothless The Dragon - How To Train Your Dragon, so I was searching some pictures and its story to know what the dragon looks like and to determine whether or not I can make the dragon figure of fondant. This cake was ordered for my nephew, Calvin's 3rd birthday on August 31, 2013.

Base cake : Sponge cake, Lapis Surabaya
Size  : 22 cm
Cake was covered with buttercream and decorated with mixed fondant and toys of plastic.

I also provided longer stick biscuit, chocolate lolly and fancy cookie for goodie bag / favor bag.

Princess Cake - Anya

This was an order from Mrs. Rima for her 6th daughter's birthday on July 27, 2013.
She gave me the design for the cake.

Base cake  : Double chocolate cake 3 layer with chocolate ganache and recovered with buttercream.
Size  : 26 cm square, I modified the shape by cutting the edge 4 cm and put it on the other side so it resulted 20x30 cm.
I covered the cake with chocolate ganache and set aside for 1 hour. Then I recovered the cake top with green buttercream and cake side with white buttercream.
